Whether your body needs a morning pick me up with sun salutations or an evening wind down with some yin poses, lets work together on finding a yoga practice that you can take with you on and off the mat.
Meditation and Breath work
Quiet the body, quiet the mind. Connect to yourself and connect to your senses. Your breath is one of the most powerful tools you have. We can use it up regulate our bodies and down regulate our bodies. It can be a tool to manage stress, improve sleep and digestion, overcome fears, and connect to the present moment. Offering virtual or in person meditation/breath work sessions.
